Why the Jianshui teapot is my favorite for puerh
I've been brewing with a jianshui teapot for a while now, and it's easily one of the most underrated pieces of teaware out there. Most people who get into gongfu tea immediately gravitate toward Yixing clay, which is great, don't get me wrong.
